Tuna steaks
with
green herb sauce
Main dish - Serves 2
1. Finely chop the coriander, parsley and mint,
and mix with the chilli powder and lemon juice.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil and season to taste.
Alternatively put all of these ingredients in the
chopper accessory of your (hand) blender and
purée coarsely.
2. Heat the grill to setting 4. Season the tuna
steaks and lightly brush with oil. Grill the tuna in
a closed grill (Contact grill position) for 2-3
minutes until brown on the outside and rosé on
the inside. Add a generous dollop of herb sauce
to each steak. Good with lemon rice and grilled
courgette.
Total preparation time 15 minutes
TIP:
For an even healthier meal, use only 2 tablespoons of oil when preparing the tuna.
