The Liebherr company Grues Mobiles SAS was awarded the
order for the delivery of 50 mobile cranes type LTM 1055/1 AF
from the procurement office D.G.A. / S.P.A.R.T. of the French
Ministry of Defence in December 2002. These are standard
cranes of the 55 t load capacity category which are modified
for military purposes with, e.g. armoured driver’s and crane
operator’s cabs. The execution of the order will extend until
2005.
