For installing vibrated cast-in-place piles all carrier
machines of the LRB series are suitable.
Vibrators to be applied are top vibrators, types 1100 H,
23 VML and 40 VML as well as ring vibrators, types
20 VMR and 32 VMR.
Ring vibrators offer two decisive advantages compared
to top vibrators: on the one hand, ring vibrators allow
for inserting both reinforcement and concrete without
the need to lift the vibrator off the casing and swing it to
the side. On the other hand, they offer the possibility to
vibrate casings which exceed the length of the leader.
