The crane can be rotated by 360° during erection. Combined with the different set-up curves,
this makes the MK 88 extraordinarily adaptable. The program-controlled erection procedure
provides the greatest possible degree of safety. The crane driver can intervene at any time
and change the speed and direction of erection. And for engagements lasting several days
there is no need for disassembly, with the crane being allowed to weathervane.
