BLANCO Precision™ MicroEdge™ Installation Instructions

BLANCO PRECISION™ MICROEDGE™ "INSET" STAINLESS STEEL SINK

(VIRTUAL FLUSHMOUNT)

Inset ("I") Installation:

This installation method ("I") complements the luxury of your new countertop demonstrated by the unique
richness of the "ultra-thin" rim which is best characterized by the name "MicroEdge"™. The sink gives the
look of a flushmounted sink and is available with or without a faucet ledge.

1. Cut out the worktop for the sink using the cutout template included with the sink, or the

appropriate DXF file available from the Blanco Website specified for use with a CNC machine.

Apply silicone sealant around the edge of the sink cutout. Always seal the edges of the cutout
using an appropriate sealer. The thickness of the Blanco Precision™ MicroEdge™ sink rim is
1.25mm (.049") or approximately 1/16" (when including manufacturing tolerance).

2. Place the sink into the cutout. Apply gentle and even pressure to the frame. Work the sink

downward until the sink is as close to the countertop surface as possible.

3. Begin to tighten the installed extension clips at opposite ends and continue in sequence

around the sink.

4. Remove the excess silicone residue using a cloth or hand tool.

5. Should your sink ever need replacement, it is easily removable.
