Using Spatula
The spatula
attachment
is designed
to
scrape
dry ingr
edients or
batter
from
the
bowl
as you
mix. Use
it when
mixing thin
(pudding, panc
ake
batter)
to
medium
batt
ers
(cak
e mix
es, muffins,
fros
ting) and
for
whipping mashed
potat
oes. It
is
not r
ecommended
when beating
egg whit
es, whipping
cream,
or when
mixing
thick cookie
dough. The
spatula att
achment should
not be
used with
the whisk
attachment.

Mixing Tips
