How to select the shooting scene
Locking AF during underwater shooting
When the “Underwater Wide-Angle” or “Underwater Macro” mode is
selected, you can easily lock the focus position (AF lock operation) by
pressing the AFL/ button (AFL button) on the rear of the protector.
When the focus is locked, the AF lock indicator (AFL) appears on the LCD
monitor screen of the camera.
To cancel the AF lock, press the AFL button again.
Selecting the underwater movie mode
The underwater movie mode is available when the WB is set to
“Underwater WB”.
The AFL will be cancelled when the movie start.

1 In the through display, turn the control dial
to select the shooting scene, and then
press the OK button.
2 In the SCN selection display, press the up
arrow pad (F button) or down (AFL/
button) to select the shooting mode, and
then press the OK button.
