Cursor moves, but
clicking trackball
button has no effect
1 Restart computer.
2 Check interconnect board, daughterboard, and motherboard
connections.
3 Replace trackball.
4 Replace keyboard.
5 Replace interconnect board.
6 Replace daughterboard.
7 Replace motherboard.
Cursor does not move
when you are using
mouse
1 Check mouse connection to ADB port.
2 Restart computer.
3 Clean mouse ball and inside mouse.
4 Replace mouse.
5 Replace motherboard.
