When you install the grate of the Triple Crown burner afterwards, align the hollow part of
the grate with the reference on the plate attached to the glass.
CAUTION!
Be very careful when you put the pan supports back on their position. There is a risk of
scratching the glass hob top.
HELPFUL HINTS AND TIPS
Energy savings
• If possible, always put the lids on the pans.
• When the liquid starts to boil, turn down the flame to barely simmer the liquid.
WARNING!
Use pots and pans with diameter applicable to the dimension of burner.
Do not use cooking vessels on the hotplate that overlap its edges.

Triple Crown 180 - 260 mm
Semi-rapid (rear left) 120 - 240 mm
Semi-rapid (rear right) 120 - 240 mm
Semi-rapid (front right) 120 - 220 mm
Auxiliary 80 - 180 mm
Do not simmer for a long time with cast iron pans and potstones.
WARNING!
Do not put the aluminium foil on the hob top to keep the surface clean during the cooking
WARNING!
Use cast iron pots and pans only on the central (if present) and rear burners.
WARNING!
Pots must not enter the control zone.
