Mail Notice Settings Notice Frequency
Select the frequency of sending the status e-mail.
Notice Day (Weekly)
Allows you to specify the day of the week on which the
status e-mail is sent.
Notice Date (Monthly)
Allows you to specify the date on which the monthly status
e-mail is sent.
Notice Time
Allows you to specify the time to send the e-mail notice.
IP Reject Frequency
Allows you to specify the number of rejections before
sending an e-mail notice for users whose IP addresses are
not registered in the permitted addresses.
Domain Reject Frequency
Allows you to specify the number of rejections before
sending an e-mail notice for users whose domains are not
registered in the permitted domains.
Next Notice Date
Displays the next transmission date.
Mail Recipient Settings:
Allows you to specify up to three recipient e-mail addresses
when Regular Notice, IP Reject Notice or Domain Reject
Notice is checked. Up to 128 bytes can be entered.
Auditron (Print) Auditron (Print)
Select the check box to enable.
Non-account Print
Select the check box to enable.
Account Number
Allows you to change the information of account users. Click
[Edit] to configure.
User Account Settings (Print):
Allows you to make detailed settings as follows:
Account Number – This is a display-only item.
User Name – Enter the user name.
Password – Enter a 4 to 12 digit number for the password.
Black Account Limit – Allows you to configure the limitation
of black and white prints for each account.
