My Address Book function 9
9.1.3 Restrictions on using the My Address Book functions
My Address Book has the following restrictions.
- Only the user can register, edit, or delete My Address Book. The administrator of MFP can not operate
My Address Book.
- In My Address Book, up to 100 addresses and up to 10 group destinations (up to 100 addresses per
group can be registered) can be registered.
- When the number of registered addresses in My Address Book reaches the maximum, new addresses
cannot be registered.
- Program addresses cannot be registered in My Address Book.
- Addresses cannot be searched for based on an index in My Address Book.
- Addresses for the user box can be used only on the MFP in which destinations are registered.
- Depending on settings for the MFP or options installed to the MFP on which My Address Book is used,
transmission specified for [Address Book] may not be performed.
- Registration, edition, or deletion of My Address Book may cause an writing error depending on the
connection condition to the server. If an error occurs, check the network connection.
