Back cover outputs twice
In some cases, the back cover may output twice when you use PI paper trays and Paper Profile
from the printer touch panel. As a workaround, do not use Paper Profile.
Direct Mobile Printing with iPad
When using Direct Mobile Printing with an iPad, user names with 22 characters or more are
not supported.
Sample Print
If you set “New Insert” from Job Properties > Mixed Media and then enable Sample Print
from Command WorkStation, the sample print page(s) may not output as expected (for
example, they may not be in the correction location or order).
Power control The Fiery Color Server synchronizes automatic power control with the power settings of the
printer.
Enabling Power Synchronization
In Configure > Printer > General, you can enable the Power Synchronization feature for the
Fiery Color Server and the printer by clicking the check box. By default, Power
Synchronization is disabled.
Power Synchronization settings on the printer
When you enable Power Synchronization, the Fiery Color Server synchronizes power with the
printer’s main power off, sub-power off, and weekly timer off settings. The Fiery Color Server
does not sychronize power with the printer’s auto shut off, low power, or sleep key settings,
even if Power Synchronization is enabled.
