The data can be displayed in the main window in either of two ways, depend-
ing on the use.

Reminder
If the multifunctional product is set so that transmissions of color docu-
ments cannot be performed by the user or account that is logged on, col-
or documents or documents containing a combination of color and
grayscale pages will not be displayed.

Some multifunctional products may not be able to acquire documents in
the compact PDF format.
List View
% The box number, file name and other information are displayed as a list.
Select "List" from the "Views" list to display the information in this way.
