Lenovo Statement of Limited Warranty - India

Congratulations!

You are now the proud owner of an Lenovo 3000 Product. We

are sure you will be satisfied with the performance and reliability of our products. In

the rare event that you do have a problem, this warranty booklet will give you details

on what to do. As you read through this, you will find that it covers most of your

needs. Lenovo provides Hardware Maintenance Support to all its PC range of

systems either directly or through Warranty Service Providers (WSPs)*. These WSPs

are carefully chosen and trained by Lenovo to maintain Lenovo 3000 products. The

Warranty Service will be available to you from Monday to Saturday between 9 AM and

6 PM on all Lenovo working days. The Hardware Limited Warranty support will cover

all Lenovo 3000 products. However, the period and type of support are governed by

the table mentioned in part 3 of the Lenovo Statement of Limited Warranty.

The warranty services are applicable for India only.

On-site Service

On-site Service implies that Lenovo or an WSP will provide Hardware Maintenance

Services at your site if it is located within Municipal Limits of the respective Lenovo/

WSP location. For customers who are located outside Municipal Limits, the option of

carry in service at no additional charge or on site service at additional charges are

available.

Carry-in-service

Carry-in-service implies that Lenovo will provide Hardware Maintenance Services at

the designated locations. To avail these services, you need to deliver the product to

the nearest Lenovo designated locations, and arrange to pick up the system after

repairs.

Hardware Maintenance Services

Hardware Maintenance Services implies that Lenovo or its WSP will repair or replace

any items or unit in the PC products so as to ensure its satisfactory functioning during

the warranty period. To enable Lenovo or its WSP to smoothly discharge this warranty

obligation, you will have to make the system available to the engineers at your site or

at any Lenovo designated location as applicable. You will find that standard warranty

services mentioned above cover most of your service requirements.
