Using the flip-up flash

Use the flash when you take pictures at night, indoors, or outdoors in heavy shadows.
Make sure you are within flash range.

. To turn off the flash, close it.

Using the info button

In picture-taking mode, repeatedly press Info button

to turn on/off status icons

and histogram.

In Review, repeatedly press Info button

to turn on/off status icons, histogram, and

picture/video information.
