Pilot Light does not come on when
the temperature control is turned up.
Unit is not plugged in. Plug unit in.
Pilot Light malfunction. Replace Pilot Light.
Grill Plates do not get hot.
Low or no voltage from power source (wall outlet).
Verify correct voltage is being provided to unit. If not, have
qualified personnel correct power problem.
Heating Element is faulty. Replace Heating Element.
