NEVER leave the unit unattended while operating.

You may place up to 16 oz. of chocolate in your CHOCOLATE DIPPING

POT. For best results, chop up chocolate and add to the Removable Pot

½ pound at a time. This will help speed up the melting process.

Do not add water to chocolate. If you prefer a smoother consistency,

add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to chocolate.

If melted chocolate is too thick, remove some of the melted

mixture as there may be too much in the pot.

Stir sauce regularly to prevent it from hardening or burning.
