13. You will see a dialog box informing
you “InstallShield Wizard Complete”,
which means the TotalMedia has been
successfully installed. Click “Finish” to
exit the wizard.
A: First, right-click on “My Computer”
on the desktop, and then go to
“Properties”→“Hardware”→”Device
Manager”→”Sound, video and game
controllers” to see if the device name
is on the list. If so, that means the
driver has been installed successfully
in your computer. If not, it means
the driver has not been installed
successfully. In that case, you may
have to remove what you have
installed and try to install it again.
Q:How to check if the driver has been installed successfully or not?
Please keep in mind that you have to
restart the computer before running the
TotalMedia when you use the software for
the first time.

1.To activate the TotalMedia software, please move your mouse cursor to “Start”
→”Programs”→”KWorld Multimedia”→”TotalMedia”. or
2.Double-click on the TotalMedia icon on your desktop.
