IMPORTANT:
DO NOT assemble wheel to mounting bracket before attaching the mounting bracket to the dock.
Suggested Materials:
(6) 5/16” x 1 1/2
” long lag bolts and flat washers and wrench to fit
1/8” Drill Bit
3/4” Wrench
2 oz. Waterproof Grease
Installation Instructions:
1. Hold mounting bracket on dock in desired location.
2. Drill 1/8” holes in dock through mounting bracket holes.
3. Screw in lag bolts.
4. Liberally apply grease to mounting bracket post.
5. Place dock wheel over post, using bolt and washers.
6. Tighten bolt securely.
7. Press white cap on wheel hub. Cap will slide on more easily if soaked first in warm water for a few minutes.
8. Inflate to desired firmness. (Do not exceed 3 psi.)

Installation Instructions:
1. Hold the mounting bracket on the dock in the desired location. Drill 3/16” holes in the dock through
mounting bracket holes.
2. Screw in lag bolts. Liberally apply grease to the mounting bracket post.
3. Place dock wheel and axle assembly over the mounting bracket post.
4. Place washer over threaded stud.
5. Thread lock nut on to threaded stud and tighten to locking position.
(Be careful not to overtighten.)
6. Thread the PVC cap on to threaded coupling.
7. Inflate dock wheel to desired firmness. (Do not exceed 3 psi.)
