Ordering Intrusion On a Busy Extension
To intrude on a busy extension, do the following:
1.
Press 4 when you hear a busy tone.
Note: France, New Zealand and Sweden, press 8.
7.5 Bypass
If you need to get through to a certain extension that is currently being
forwarded by follow-me, you can bypass the extension.
If this feature is allowed from your extension, you can bypass an acti-
vated Diversion, an activated Follow-me or an activated Absence Infor-
mation on a specific extension.
To request a bypass ordered by an extension, do the following:
1.
Press *60*.
Note: U.S. and Canada, press *1*.
2.
Dial the extension number and press # and
.
Wait for an answer.
7.6 Speed
Dialing
Common speed dialing numbers allows the you to make calls simply by
pressing a few keys. The common speed dialing numbers consist of 1-5
digits and are stored in the exchange (by the system administrator).
To make call using a speed dial number, do the following:
1.
Dial the common speed dialing number.
Please see to your phone directory.
2.
Press
to make the call.
Note: You can also make speed dialing calls via the phonebook.
