21 Profiles
This chapter describes how to set up different profiles in the phone for
incoming calls, message alerts, vibrating alerts, key sound, and so on.
The possibility to set up different profiles in one phone is useful when
several users have access to the same phone, or if you want to be able
to have different settings for when you are available, in a meeting, out of
office, and so on.
21.1 Adding a New Profile
To add a new profile to the phone, do the following:
1. Press Menu, select , and press Select.
2. Select Add new and press Select.
3. Enter the name of the profile and select Save.
21.2 Activate Profile
1. Select the wanted profile in the list.
When a profile is activated, the icon is displayed in idle mode.
21.3 Deleting a Profile
To delete a profile from the phone, do the following:
1. Press Menu, select , and press Select.
2. Select a profile from the list and press More.
3. Select Delete and press Select.
A confirmation message is displayed.
4. Press Yes to confirm.
