19.2 Display
Display settings include brightness and screen saver settings.
19.2.1 Brightness
To set the brightness, do the following:
1.
Press Menu, select
, and press Select.
2.
Select Display and press Select.
3.
Select Brightness, and press Select.
4.
Select Normal or Power save, and press Select.
5.
Press Back to save the setting.
19.2.2 Screen
Saver
To set the screen saver, do the following:
1.
Press Menu, select
, and press Select.
2.
Select Display, and press Select.
3.
Select Screen saver, and press Select.
4.
Select Information or Black, and press Select.
5.
Press Back to save the setting.
Note: For DT690; when charging the handset and the screen saver is
shown, any missed calls/incoming messages will be indicated by a high
contrast “new message” /” missed call “icon. For DT692; when charging
the handset and screen saver is shown, no missed calls/incoming
messages will be indicated in the display. Only the Alarm shield is
displayed.
19.2.3 Contrast
To adjust the contrast, do the following:
1.
Press Menu, select
, and press Select.
2.
Select Display, and press Select.
3.
Select Contrast, and press Select.
4.
Press the left or right navigation key to increase or decrease the
contrast.
