Description:
Used to add a static MAC entry into the switches MAC table.
Argument:
: mac address, format: 00-02-03-04-05-06
: 0-16 (GSM-16T2SFP) 0-24 (GSM-24T2SFP, GSM-8T16SFP).
: vlan id. 0, 1-4094. vid must be zero if vlan mode is not tag-based
[alias] : mac alias name, max 15 characters
