Steps
1. Press the HOME button, then select [Settings].
2. Select [Network] → [Home Network Setup] → [Media Server
Troubleshooting].
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to perform the diagnostics.
To return to the last viewed source, press the HOME button twice.
