Caution

This appliance must only be stored in inte-
rior rooms.

Danger
First pull out the plug from the mains before
carrying out any tasks on the machine.

Rinse the appliance and the accesso-
ries with fresh water at regular intervals
and let them dry.
 In order to avoid bacteria, do not leave
the chips and liquids inside the appli-
ance.
 During extended operation breaks,
open the cover to let the residual mois-
ture escape.

– Liquid container filled.
 Empty the liquid container.
– No electrical voltage.
 Check cables, plugs and socket.
– Protective motor switch was triggered.
 Reset switch.
– Swimmer switch blocked.
 Clean swimmer switch.
 Suction turbine rotates in the wrong di-
rection; interchange poles at the plug.
– Nozzle, suction hose or suction pipe
may be blocked.
 Check, clean accessories.
– Drain hose valve not fully closed.
 Close the drain valve, clean if neces-
sary.
– Backflow valve in the connecting stub
for accessories is contaminated or de-
fective.
 Check backflow valve, clean if neces-
sary.
– Drain hose crushed or obstructed.
 Check the drain hose and the valve,
clean if necessary.

All checking and work on electrical parts
must be performed by an authorized elec-
trician. In the event of continuing faults,
contact Kärcher customer service.
Accessories are not included in the deliv-
ery. The accessories for the device must be
ordered separately, depending on the ap-
plication.
– Only use accessories and spare parts
which have been approved by the man-
ufacturer. The exclusive use of original
accessories and original spare parts
ensures that the appliance can be oper-
ated safely and trouble free.
