Caution!

In order to prevent damage to the spray head,
ensure that it is freely positioned in the contai-
ner. The spray head must never bump against
the container wall.

2. Noise Control

The sound level of the internal cleaner with
compressed air motor and without a silencer is
max. 83 dB(A), see "Technical specifications". If
parts which amplify sound (e.g. large metal pla-
tes, metal containers) are sprayed, a risk from
noise can occur. In this case ear protection must
be worn.

3. Approved Operators

Approved operators are persons who are 18
and over and qualified to use this system (ex-
ceptions for trainees, see BGV D15 Art. 6).

4. Personal Protective Equipment

Depending on the concentration of and health
hazard caused by the cleaning liquid used, wear
n liquid repellent protective clothing,
n protective goggles or face protection,
n impermeable gloves,
n impermeable footwear.

5. What to do in Emergencies

n Switch off the separate high-pressure pump,
n Switch off the drive unit of the internal clea-

ner, and at the same time
– if the drive unit is electrical unplug it or

switch off the power supply

n Shut off the cleaning liquid supply.

6. Proper, Intended Use

HKF 201 E internal cleaners are spraying de-
vices for cleaning barrels, containers and tank
trucks. The cleaning head of the HKF 201 E is
placed in the container through an opening with
a diameter of at least 200 mm.
A separate high-pressure pump is connected to
the internal cleaner by a high-pressure hose.
