Before working on the appliance, switch it
off and pull out the plug of the vacuum
cleaner!

Risk of damage! Never immerse the electri-
cal suction brush in water or any other liq-
uids while cleaning.

Cut hair and threads that have got
wound on the brush roller using a pair of
scissors or just remove them.
If the rollers of the electric suction brush be-
come difficult to move:

Remove hair or threads that have
wound over the axes of the rollers using
a screwdriver.
Note: The brush roller must only be re-
placed by the service center.

Danger
Before working on the appliance, switch it
off and pull out the plug of the vacuum
cleaner!
The mechanism for protection against
overheating switched off the motor when it
is overloaded, for e.g. because the brush
roller is blocked. Indicator lamp "Fault"
glows red.
Î
Switch off the electric suction brush.
Î Pull out the mains plug of the vacuum
cleaner.
Î Check the brush roller for impurities and
remove any objects that may be block-
ing its movement.
Î Allow device to cool down.
Î Press "Reset" key.
You can now switch on the electric suction
brush.
