Warning
Prior to beginning care or maintenance
work on the engine, let it cool off. In order to
avoid an inadvertent start-up of the engine,
pull out the spark plug connector.
To avoid risks, all repairs and replacement
of spare parts may only be carried out by
the authorised customer service personnel.
 Park the machine on an even surface.
Maintenance and care
Maintenance overview report
Before each use after 25 h after 50 h after 100 h
Check and ensure proper fitting of all screw connec-
tions. Tighten loose connections. X
Check oil level. X
Oil change only once X
Check the engine for oil or water leaks. Remove exist-
ing leaks. X
Check the air filter for dirt and damage. X
Check the areas around the muffler and the starter for
dirt. Remove existing contamination. X
Check and clean the spark plug. X
Remove burner residue from the burner chamber. Only by
customer
service.
Check and adjust the tappet clearance. Only by
customer
service.
Replace fuel lines. every three years (or whenever
necessary)
