to select the desired
connection.
Press the ENTER button to
memorize the channels of
the selected connection.
First analog, then digital
channels will be
memorized.
When selecting Cable TV:
Press the … or † button
to select “Cable”, then
press the ENTER button.
“Cable System” is
displayed.
Press the … or † button
to select “STD”, “ HRC”, or
“IRC”, then press the
ENTER button.
Press the ENTER button to
start.
The TV begins memorizing
all available channels.
Press the ENTER button to
stop.
After all available channels are stored, the “Clock Set” is displayed.

• STD, HRC and IRC identify various types of cable TV systems. Contact your local cable company
to identify the type of cable system that exists in your particular area.
• When Air ( ! ), Cable ( @ ), or Air+Cable ( # ) is selected on the Antenna menu in the
Plug & Play or Auto Program menus :
O : Channels can be memorized.
X : Channels can not be memorized.
For Example, when you want to receive the DTV Air signal, connect your antenna to the
“ANT 1 IN (AIR)” teminal on the back of the set and select Air (
! ) or Air+Cable ( # ).
