Applying a sound effect (SoundAlive)
You can apply appropriate sound effects for music.
To apply a sound mode, such as Normal, Vocal, or Instrument, press the Voice •
button while listening to music. You can also switch between the sound modes
pressing the Voice button.
Answering a call while listening to music
When a call comes in while listening to music, your headset will alert you so that
you can answer the call.
When there is an incoming call alert, press the talk button to answer the call. 1.
The music stops and you are connected with the caller.
Music will automatically resume when the call is terminated.

Noise reduction is off when neckstrap headset attached to Bluetooth headset.
