Getting Started

How to Set a Medium / a Device

7 Disc media

Press the [

0] button to open/close the front

panel.
If a disc is already inserted, it is ejected by
pressing the [

0] button.

7 iPod

To disconnect the iPod, stop the playback
by touching the [

38] button on the source

control screen, and then disconnect the iPod.
See (page 29).

7 USB device

To disconnect the USB device, touch the [

button on the source control screen, and
then disconnect the USB device. See Control Screen> (page 22).

7 SD card

For DNX9240BT:

For navigation software upgrade

For DDX8024BT/ DDX8054BT:

For audio file listening and video file/
picture file watching

Press the [

0] button for more than 1 second

to open the front panel.

Inserting the SD card

Hold the SD card with the label side up
and the notched section on the right, and
insert it into the slot until it clicks.

Removing the SD card

Push the SD card until it clicks and then
remove your finger from the card. The card
pops up so that you can pull it out with
your fingers.

Press the [

0] button to close the front panel.

the instruction manual of the navigation system.
For DDX8024BT/ DDX8054BT:

After inserting the SD card, select the SD source on
the Source Select screen.

• The playback starts automatically after setting the media

or the device (except the SD source).

• For DDX8024BT/ DDX8054BT:

While playing the SD card, neither the USB nor the iPod
source will play automatically, even though the media
(USB device/iPod) is set. Select the source you want to
play on the Source Select screen.
