2. Rinse the inside of the pump cover and inspect
the pump cover o-ring to insure it is intact for
reassembly (replace if needed). Apply a light
covering of water compatible grease if needed.

3. Remove, rinse and clear any debris from the
volute case. Inspect the case and flapper for
damage.

4. Inspect volute case o-ring to insure it is intact
prior to reassembly (replace if needed). Apply
a light covering of water compatible grease if
needed.

1. Insert the volute housing by placing the posi-
tioning hole in the housing over the positioning
pin in the pump case.

2. Replace the pump cover, replace and tighten T-
bolts.
