You will need to make sure that all of the channels are configured with the
record settings that fit your needs.
Basic Tab

CH: This indicates the channel you are configuring.

Record: Make sure all of the boxes under Record are checked.

Audio: Make sure all of the boxes under Audio are checked. This
will record any audio-enabled cameras that are connected. (This
setting does not affect cameras that do not have audio capabilities.)

Mode: You can select either Schedule or Continuous. Continuous
will record constantly. Schedule will allow you to configure the
settings to record motion, record continuously, or not record.

Copy CH: Select a channel number from which you would like to
copy the settings.

To CH: Select a channel number to which you would like to copy
the settings.

Copy: Select the Copy button to copy the settings to the indicated
channel(s).
