6. Slide a 3” Clamp over the outlet side of the Muffler. Position
the Over Axle Pipe over the axle and loosely attach it to the
Muffler. Install the Over Axle Pipe hanger into the factory rubber
insulator. Refer to Figure 7.
7. Slide a 3” Band Clamp over the Tail Pipe and install it onto the
Over Axle Pipe. Slide the Tail Pipe hanger into the rearmost
rubber insulator and reattach it to the frame. Refer to Figure 8.
8. Install and adjust the Exhaust Tip to suit. Using an 8mm Allen
wrench, tighten the lock bolt located on the Exhaust Tip.
Refer to Figure 9.
9. Align the exhaust as required. Starting at the front of the
exhaust, tighten all clamps and connections.
10. Carefully position the ABS line to provide clearance to the
exhaust. Refer to Figure 10.
11. Check along the entire length of the exhaust system to ensure
that there is adequate clearance around the spare tire, fuel and
brake lines, and any wiring. If any interference is detected relocate
or adjust.
