:
1. Slide the OEM down pipe hanger bracket onto the Down Pipe hanger.
Install the Down Pipe in the same position as the stock down pipe by
reattaching the hanger bracket to the bell-housing and then attaching the
flared end to the turbo using the stock band clamp. Do not fully tighten
until all components are in place. Refer to Figure 2.
2. Loosely install the Extension Pipe 40 5/8” over the Down Pipe. The
Extension Pipe may require cutting to accommodate vehicles other than
the Quad Cab long box. Refer to Figure 3.
3. Loosely assemble the in bed portion of the T-Pipe assembly (T-Pipe, 13”
Elbow and 37” Elbow). Some models may require trimming of the T-Pipe
in order to accommodate the width of the truck bed and the Stacks that
have been purchased. Be sure to place the Band Clamps over the pieces
before they are assembled.
4. Place the Stacks onto the T-Pipe assembly and place into the desired
position in the truck bed. The 37” Elbow should be on the driver side so
that the T-Pipe passes through the bed floor towards the passenger side.
Refer to Figure 4.
