2. Attach the Mid Pipe to the Down Pipe using the 3 ½" Clamp to secure
using the slip joint. See Figure 5.
3. Attach the Extension Pipe (42") to the Mid Pipe. For Extended Cab Short
Bed vehicles this is the only Extension Pipe required. For Crew Cab Long
Bed vehicles you will require the full length of both the Extension Pipe
(32”) and the Extension Pipe (42"). For Extended Cab Long Bed and Crew
Cab Short Bed vehicles the Extension Pipe (32”) will have to be cut. For
the Extended Cab Long Bed vehicles attach the two extension pipes and cut
the Extension Pipe (32”) to a combined, attached length of 571/4". For the
Crew Cab Short Bed vehicles attach the two extension pipes and cut the
Extension Pipe (32") to a combined, attached length of 55 1/4".

4. Install the Muffler over the Extension Pipe. Install the 4” Hanger Clamp
at the connection between the Muffler and the Extension Pipe.
See Figure 7.
5. Position the Muffler outlets vertically. See Figure 8.
6. Install the Over Axle Pipe connecting the slip joint to the top outlet of the
dual outlet Muffler. Do not tighten to allow for adjustment. See Figure 9.
7. Install the 4” T- Hanger Clamp into the two OEM rubber hangers located
above the outlets of the Muffler. The 4” T-Hanger Clamp provided is used
at this location to support the exhaust. It is positioned around the Driver
Side Over Axle Pipe and is not used as a sealing clamp.
