Stool assembly:
1. Remove all packing materials prior to removing the components.
2. Remove the attached backrest and seat component and carefully
set aside.
3. Remove caster base and unwrap cylinder from protective wrap.
4. Insert cylinder with cylinder cover into the caster base.
5. Carefully set the seat/backrest combination onto the piston head
of the cylinder.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
6. Verify Shut-off Valve, located under the seat, is in the
open position.
7. Fill the Air Suspension System by squeezing the Air Pump until the
air pressure gauge reads 4-6 psi.
8. Turn the Air Shut-off Valve ¼ turn to the
closed position. This valve
should remain closed while the stool is in use.
9. Carefully sit on seat to “taper lock” the seat to the cylinder.

To avoid damaging the stool’s upholstery, do not use a knife or
other sharp object to open the package. Also, to avoid damag-
ing the stool do not use levers for lifting.
CAUTION
Stool backrest and seat component weighs approximately 40
lbs. Use proper techniques when lifting.
CAUTION
Pump 4-6 lbs of air pressure in the system before using the stool.
CAUTION
Engage activation lever and slowly experience the tilt motion of
the stool. Slowly release air pressure from the system to experi-
ence the full extent of free motion.
