Verify the following settings are selected. Click OK when done:
• Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls: Enable
• Download signed ActiveX controls: Prompt
• Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins: Enable

Close Internet Explorer and re-launch the Web Config screen.
