USING THE GRILL PAN FOR BROILING
- Set the function selector knob to broil position as explained in the preceding para-
graphs and let the broil element preheat for about 5 minutes with the door closed.
- Place the food to be cooked above the grill-pan grid.
- Introduce the grill-pan (tray + grid) in the oven (fig. 3.3) and insert it on the first or sec-
ond level from the top (fig. 3.2).
Do not broil without using the grill pan .
Important: Use always special handles supplied with the appliance to
insert/remove the grill-pan from the oven (figs. 3.3, 3.4, 3.5).
