The actual delay is dependent on the quality of the input signal and will also be influenced by the position of the
video adjustment controls (Hue, Color and Sharp controls).
The delay time is based on a 15.734kHz horizontal frequency for 60Hz NTSC and 15.625kHz horizontal frequency
for 50Hz PAL/SECAM. The actual delay timing depends on the horizontal frequency of the input signal.
