4.3 Alert Sounds
Allows you to select the alert type for
a new message.
Using the Internal Keypad
1. Open the flip and press the OK
Key [MENU].
2. Press the Directional Key to
scroll to the Settings & Tools
menu and press the OK Key
.
3. Press Sounds Settings.
4. Press Alert Sounds.
5. Select TXT Message/ Pic-Video
Message/ Voicemail.
6. Each Alert Sounds menu has the
following options.
Tone/ Vibrate/ Reminder
Using the External Touch Screen
1. Unlock the Touch Screen by
touching or pulling down
the Unlock Key ( ) on the left
side of your phone and touch
to access the menu.
2. Touch the Settings & Tools icon

3. Touch 4. Sounds Settings.
4. Touch 3. Alert Sounds.
5. Touch TXT Message/ Pic-Video
Message/ Voicemail/ Emergency
Tone.
6. Each Alert Sounds menu has the
following options.
Tone/ Vibrate/ Reminder
7. The option Emergency Tone has
the following options:
Alert/ Vibrate/ Off.
4.4 Keypad Volume
Allows you to set the keypad volume.
Using the Internal Keypad
1. Open the flip and press the OK
Key [MENU].
2. Press the Directional Key to
scroll to the Settings & Tools
menu and press the OK Key

3. Press Sounds Settings.
4. Press Keypad Volume.
5. Adjust the volume with the
Directional Key then press
the OK Key to save the setting.
