Using FIX IP (network setup with a direct connection to a
computer)
Using FIX IP allows your media player to connect to a computer directly.
To connect to your network:
1. Connect one end of the RJ-45 cable to the LAN port at the back of your HD
media player and the other end to the computer.
2. Connect all the necessary devices to your HD media player.
For more details, refer to the section Connecting devices to your HD media
player in Chapter 1.
3. From the Home screen, press the left/right keys / to navigate to Setup,
then press .
You may also press to launch the Setup menu.
4. Select Network > Wired Lan Setup and press .
5. Select FIX IP (MANUAL) and
press .
