In DX cooling, if supply air temperature falls below 12°C, DX
demand is reduced proportionally over a 2°C dead band (down
to 10°C) & prevents low supply air temperatures.
Free Cooling damper 100%, if outside air temp. is 1°C
below return air temp. & Compressor Stage 2 ON.
Free Cooling damper 100%, if outside air temp. is 1°C
below return air temp. & Compressor Stage 1 ON.
Free Cooling damper modulates 0-100%, if outside air
temp. is 1°C below return air temp.
Free Cooling damper CLOSED or in Minimum Fresh Air
position. Fans ON maintaining design air volume.
Free Cooling damper CLOSED or in Minimum Fresh Air
position.
Free Cooling damper CLOSED or in Minimum Fresh Air
position & Heating Stage 1 ON.
Free Cooling damper CLOSED or in Minimum Fresh Air

In Heating, if supply air temperature exceeds 35°C,
heating demand reduces proportionally over a 5°C dead
band (up to 40°C) and prevents high supply air
temperatures.
(1) In Free Cooling, if Supply Air Temperature falls below 10°C, Free Cooling demand reduces
proportionally over a 1°C dead band (down to 9°C) & prevents low supply air temperatures.
(2) In Heating operation, if temperature difference between return air and outside air is greater
than 10°C, Free Cooling damper CLOSES PERIODICALLY to prevent low outside
temperatures effecting the heating performance and control of the room temperature.
(3) Heating Options:

Gas Heating offers 2 Stages of Heating or;
 LPHW Heating is 1 stage 0-100% modulating or;

Electric Heating option offers up to:
3 Stages of Heating (STM50)/
4 Stages of Heating (STM77)
