The Telephone
Overview
This guide covers the use of the Avaya 5620 and 4620 telephone on Avaya IP Office telephone system.
These two phones are physically similar, the key difference being that the 5620 is only supported on the
IP Office where as the 4620 is supported on a range of Avaya phone systems.
The diagram below shows the main telephone features.
