Step 12: Reattach the left cover by installing the plate over the shaft and attach the
washer and nut. Then push on the nut to move the cover plate into position. the plate
with the top screws FIRST, then tighten all six screws that hold it in place.
Step 13: Reinstall the flat washers and nuts on BOTH ends of the shaft.
