back housing as there are no
serviceable parts inside and doing so WILL VOID the WARRANTY.
 Please read all of the Smart Light Fused Switch Box
™
installation instructions before installing the
fixture.
INSTALLING The Smart Light Fused Switch Box ™
IMPORTANT-DISCONNECT THE BATTERY
STEP 1: Find a suitable mounting place inside of the RV. We recommend mounting this box inside
a cabinet space that is close to the outside proposed wall mounting site of the Smart Light
Lighting Fixture.
STEP 2: Attach wiring as described and shown below:
a) Attach the Positive WHITE WIRE (+) on the Smart Light Fused Switch Box
™
to a
Positive Power wire.
b) Attach the Negative WHITE WIRE (-) on the Smart Light Fused Switch Box
™
to a
Negative Ground wire.
c) Attach the YELLOW Switch wire on Smart Light Fused Switch Box
®
to the Yellow
switching wire coming from the back of the Smart Light 1000
®
or Smart Light 2000
™
lighting fixture.
d) Attach the Red wire, marked (+) to the Positive wire of a Smart Light fixture or other
fixture that you want to work in conjunction with the Smart Light 1000
™
or Smart Light
2000
™
lighting fixture.
e) Attach the Blue wire, marked (-) to a Negative Ground wire or ground.
NOTE:
The Smart Light Fused Switch Box
™
is not polarity protected and if it is not wired as shown
above, the unit could be damaged.
