INJURY AND/OR DEATH COULD RESULT.

THIS PUMP MODEL BECOMES VERY HOT DURING OPERATION.

DO NOT PUMP GASOLINE OR OTHER EXPLOSIVE LIQUIDS. DO NOT OPERATE PUMP WHERE

This unit is not designed for applications involving salt

water or brine. Use with salt water or brine will void

warranty.

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS

☐ The automatic thermal overload protection shuts the motor off when it overheats. Normally, motor cools and restarts

automatically.

☐ If this pump is used for pumping abrasive liquids such as lake water, keep inlet above mud and sand. Any abrasive

liquids will damage the pump and void warranty.

☐ This pump will handle most common waterlike liquids at temperatures of 35°F to 100°F (1°C to 38°C). Thick liquids, fuels

(gasoline etc) or other flammable liquids, solvents, thinners and strong acids are totally prohibited and will void warranty.

PRIOR TO ANY USE CHECK-UP :

1. Inspect the pump for any obvious condition that necessitates cleaning, correction, adjustement or repair.

2. Clear the water source and the surroundings of any paper, leaves or other debris that might clog the input openings.

Remove anything that might float into the suction area.

3. Assure that the pump is secure for proper operation.

4. Assure that there is adequate clearance from any combustible materials or structure. Stored materials must be kept away from the

pump. Shelves or cabinet structures must not be in close proximity over the pump.

5. Observe that the plumbing can distribute the pumped water safely to the discharge point.
