Audible Indicators
This system gives you voice prompts for feature
operations and voice confirmations when you press a
button or complete an operation.
Turn Answering System On/Off
Press O O to turn the system on or off. When
the system is turned on, you will hear “Machine on” and
the
O O light will be lit.When turning the system on
for the first time, it will use the default setting and
prerecorded outgoing announcements.
Set the Clock
1 Make sure the answering system is on.
2 Press
t t. The system announces the clock
setting, then announces “To change clock, press
t t.”
3 Press
t t.
4 Press c
c until the system announces the
correct day, then press
t t.
5 Press c
c until the system announces the
correct hour, then press
t t.
6 Press c
c until the system announces the
correct minutes, then press
t t. The
system announces the current clock setting.
