SM2244LT
The SM2244LT controller offers high performance
and low power consumption for SATA Solid State
Drive. Equipped with powerful Error Correction
Coding (ECC) and flash interface, this controller can
support new generation flash including Toggle and
ONFI DDR NAND.
The SM2244LT offers advanced technology to
transfer data to the host via a high efficiency DMA
engine and delivers the extraordinary performance in
data read/write speed. Further, Silicon Motion
optimized wear leveling, bad block management, data
security technologies, and flash management
technologies ensures the best data reliability for
SATA SSD applications. The SM2244LT is the best
solution to the compromise between performance,
security, form factor size, and cost considerations to
satisfy the requirements for industrial, military, and
consumer storage systems.
