INSTALLING THE TANK INTO VEHICLE
Move the tank into the vehicle and place it onto the installed
Lower Support Assembly. There is a single hole on top of the
Upper Support Bracket attached to the top of the tank as seen
in Figure 5. Insert the threaded Rod through the hole and
thread it into the Lower Support Assembly. Align the holes on
the Upper and Lower Supports to keep rod vertical. Thread
Rod into the Lower Support as far as possible for strength
and stability. Thread the ½” X 13 hex nut and washer onto the
threaded rod and tighten until the water tank can no longer
move up and down. Turn the nut 3 more times. Cut off the
extra threaded rod to avoid possible injury. PUMPTEC INC

SECURING WATER TANK TO THE VEHICLE FLOOR
you will need to purchase four (4) ½” high grade bolts along
with 8 washers and 4 lock nuts that are long and adequate
enough in length to go through the bottom of vehicle floor.
High grade bolts can withstand the vibration and movement of
the vehicle better than lower grade/ quality bolts.
Loosen 3 bolts attaching side brackets to tank. Using bottom
holes of brackets as templates drill 4 holes through the floor
of the vehicle. Using the bolts, nuts, and washers you acquired,
bolt the tank to the floor of the vehicle. Retighten the 3 bolts
attaching side brackets to the tank. PUMPTEC INC assumes NO
